Joe from Due Diligence Property Inspections arrived promptly for our 9am appointment, which was really important to me as I had to go to work afterwards. He was extremely thorough, and informative. I opted to be there so that he could explain all his finding and better understand his report. He was patient in explaining all the details and answered all my questions. I had the report in my hands shortly after the inspection was completed. I will definitely refer him to my friends and family who are either buying or selling a home.

A little over a year ago I got beat out of $6k from a so-called contractor who I hired to repair my foundation but he basically just took my money. So after finding another contractor I was very leery and wanted to get a home inspector who could check the contractors work and hopefully not get beat again. Thank goodness I found Joe! He talked to me for a nice while explaining a lot of things about foundation work and contractors and then offered to help as a consultant through the project. He’s very knowledgeable and I’m feeling more comfortable about having another contractor working on my foundation. Looking forward to working with him !!
